Welcome to Tailoring Services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

For Customers:

• Provide accurate measurements and specifications for your orders
• Communicate clearly with tailors regarding your requirements
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Inspect completed work upon delivery and report issues within 7 days
• Treat tailors and delivery staff with respect

For Tailors:

• Provide accurate information about your skills and specializations
• Deliver quality work according to customer specifications
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines or communicate delays promptly
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Keep customer information confidential
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

For Delivery Staff:

• Deliver orders promptly and safely
• Handle garments with care during transportation
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Report any delivery issues immediately

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our platform constitute an agreement between the customer and the tailor. We facilitate these transactions but are not a party to the contract. Payment terms, pricing, and delivery timelines are determined by the tailor and agreed upon by the customer.

• Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway
• Prices are subject to change based on tailor discretion
• We may charge service fees or commissions as specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and agreement between parties

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the stage of the order and agreement between customer and tailor. Generally:

• Orders can be cancelled before work begins with full refund
• Partial refunds may apply if work has commenced
• Completed orders are generally non-refundable unless defective
• Disputes should be reported within 7 days of delivery
• We reserve the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tailoring Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent our fees or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate our platform
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailoring Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimers

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by tailors. We are not responsible for disputes between users.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujranwala, Punjab.
